Shadow of the Tomb Raider is the third part of the Tomb Raider series reboot for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. This time Lara saves the world from an apocalypse triggered by angry Maja gods - which she accidentally triggered herself. As in its predecessors, Shadow of the Tomb Raider is a mix of storylines in which Lara explores South and Central America, puzzles in which she climbs into lost graves and holds testimonies of ancient cultures and hidden treasures, and skirmishes with Lara's old enemy, the secret order Trinity. The trilogy's finale is much darker than its predecessors, perhaps because this time it wasn't the Crystal Dynamics team that was responsible for development, but Eidos Montreal, who previously produced Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Every aspect of the gameplay was reworked for the finale: The puzzle graves will benefit from new underwater passages, the battle will be expanded with more stealth possibilities, and the story about Lara and her friends will also feature considerably more facets.
